Position Title: Bowls Development Coordinator
Reports To: Group Sports Administrator
Employment Type: Full-time (38-hour flexible workweek, including weekends and evenings as required)
Location: St Johns Park Bowling Club, with travel across the Group of Clubs and events as required.
Position Summary
The Bowls Development Coordinator will oversee the St Johns Park Saints Player Development Program, ensuring the structured growth of bowlers from beginner to elite levels. The role requires a balance between retaining and support of high-performance players, engaging schools, community groups, and other clubs to attract new bowlers.
The Co-ordinator will work closely with Bowls Office staff, Group Bowls staff, and club management to implement strategic initiatives that enhance player pathways and club membership.
