The St Johns Park Bowling Club Group are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Head Coach. The Head Coach will oversee the full-time development and coaching of its bowling members.
The role would include elements such as conducting individual coaching sessions, creating coaching development plans for members, conducting group coaching sessions periodically, overseeing the development of all pennant sides, benchmarking and talent identification across SJP Bowling Club membership.
The role would likely suit those who identify coaching as their priority. Whilst participation of playing will be considered, it is not the priority of the position.
This position works predominantly after hours and particularly on weekends. The role will involve some travel with sides across Sydney, NSW and potentially interstate. The role requires current Bowls Australia Coaching Accreditation and a NSW Working With Children Check.
