In response to COVID-19 Guidelines for NSW Bowling Clubs released on 30 April 2020 (without consultation with NSW Bowling Clubs) by both Bowls NSW and Women’s Bowls NSW, please be advised of the following:
The SJPBC Group Board and Management takes the safety and well-being of our members, staff and community very seriously. While the guidelines released can be considered by some as a positive decision, they have been released with no responsibility taken for members decisions to take part. In addition, we are unable to cover members against contracting COVID-19 and/ or possible injuries.
It is with the safety and well-being of our members, staff and community in mind, that all bowling greens at all SJPBC Group venues will remain closed. This decision will be reviewed again on 14 May 2020, at which time, members will be updated.
